ORDERING
If there is a product you would like on this website, there are some options for ordering:
• Follow the steps once you've added the product to the secure shopping cart and pay via credit card.
• Print off the Order Form from the "Downloads" section and either post or fax it to us.
• Order directly by phone (03) 5426 3554
SHIPPING
We deliver to anywhere and everywhere in Australia and if the product you want is in stock,
you should receive it within 7 business days. If the product is not in stock we will contact you within two business days.
If you require delivery by a certain time please contact us and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
Items are sent via one of the following methods within Australia:
• Registered Post
• Express Post
• Toll Ipec courier
All our shipped products are tracked, so if you have not received your goods please contact us
and we will find it for you.
SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND
Items shipped to New Zealand will not be charged gst. Please note some large items shipped to New Zealand may incur extra freight charges. We will contact you if extra charges are likely.
FREIGHT CHARGES FOR AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND
Freight is charged at a flat rate per order of AUD$10.00 plus gst within Australia, and AUD$15.00 to New Zealand.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please contact us if you require a quote for delivery to other countries.
WARRANTY
All our products are guaranteed for 1 year from date of invoice.
RETURN POLICY
Please choose your product carefully as only faulty or incorrectly sent items can be returned – return charges are the customers responsibility. On receipt of returned items, we will repair or replace and send it back to you.
SECURITY
At www.jadcotime.com.au we do not store any credit card details, as the whole payment process is handled by bank trusted eCommerce gateway eWay (http://www.eway.com.au).
When you are ready to make a purchase on our site, we will ask you to provide us with certain information, including your contact details (such as your name, address, telephone and email).
